Many people who come to this work have already done deep personal development programs, including the Hoffman Process.
While there can be overlap in themes, like understanding early patterns and increasing self-awareness, this work is not redundant.
The biggest difference is that this is highly experiential and relational.
Rather than primarily reflecting on your patterns, you’ll see them emerge in real time, in your body, in relationship, and in the moment. From there, we don’t just talk about change, we practice it.
You’ll be supported to stay connected to yourself while activated, work with your nervous system as things are actually happening, and try new ways of relating in real time with others.
For many people, this becomes the place where insight turns into embodied change, not just something you understand, but something you can actually live.
Each workshop also focuses on a specific developmental stage, which allows for a more precise and in-depth exploration of the patterns formed during that time.
