Liberation Workshops are not sexuality, tantra, or erotic exploration workshops. Our work is developmental, relational, and trauma-informed in nature, with a focus on emotional presence, nervous system awareness, embodiment, and lived relational experience.
Different workshops may explore different aspects of human development, including themes such as attachment, identity, intimacy, attraction, longing, relational dynamics, and emotional expression. Some workshops may include structured experiential exercises involving appropriate relational or embodied interaction within clearly defined agreements and facilitated boundaries.
All workshops maintain intentional boundaries around physical contact, consent, emotional safety, and participant care. Specific agreements and expectations for each workshop are reviewed in detail during the registration and consent process.
These boundaries exist intentionally in order to support psychologically safer, developmentally focused, and ethically held group environments that are accessible to a wide range of participants and histories, including those with trauma backgrounds.
