What if you could revisit adolescence—not to relive it, but to rewrite it?
Adolescence is a time of profound transformation, a bridge between childhood and adulthood marked by surging hormones, identity exploration, and intense emotions. Shaped by difficult family dynamics, social struggles, cultural or religious expectations, and feelings of unworthiness. For many, adolescence still greatly influences our stories about our worth, our place in the world, and who we are allowed to become.
What if you could go back and experience adolescence with the support you deserved?
In this six-day embodiment workshop, we invite you to step into a space of curiosity, compassion, exploring the experiences that shaped you during adolescence. Instead of just managing surface-level struggles, this workshop helps you identify and release the deeper patterns and imprints from your teenage years. Together, we will engage in somatic tools, creative exercises, and deep reflection to reprogram the nervous system imprints and narratives formed in those formative years. Through experiential practices and ceremonial elements, this workshop offers you a chance to integrate the wisdom of your adult self with your adolescent self, creating more wholeness.
This workshop is not about fixing yourself. It is about coming home to yourself. By the end of these six days, you’ll walk away with not only tools and insights, but also a felt sense of clarity in your being, leaving you lighter, freer, and more connected to who you were always meant to be.
